    Linda Paine

    President, Co-Founder

Election Integrity Project California, Inc. (EIPCa)

Linda is President and Co-Founder of Election Integrity Project California, Inc. (EIPCa) founded in 2017, and the Co-Founder of Election Integrity Project, Inc. founded in 2010.

Since January, 2011, Election Integrity Project has trained approximately 10,000 volunteers in 40 counties in California.  These volunteers have researched state and county voter rolls and observed polling locations and reported their observations.

In August of 2015, the California Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights held a public hearing to review EIP’s reports, civil grand jury reports, and national reports regarding the condition of California’s election process. Approximately 80 citizens from counties all over the state described their documentation of deterioration of the election process.

In December of 2017, EIPCa became the main plaintiff in a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch against the CA Secretary of State and Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder, based on noncompliance with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) requirement to ensure voter rolls are properly maintained.

In December 2018, Election Integrity Project California, Inc. signed a Settlement Agreement that requires the State to immediately begin to follow federal mandates to identify and remove deceased, those who have moved, and other ineligible registrants from the voter rolls throughout California.

Linda believes that involved citizens are key to ensuring the integrity of that part of our Republic through which citizens exercise our most fundamental right ~ the right to choose our representatives by fair and lawful elections.
