More than 300 sophomores, juniors and seniors from six Ventura Unified School District high schools will have the opportunity to attend the City of Ventura’s second EXPO to learn about potential area careers, trades, jobs, internships, educational institutions and volunteer opportunities on Friday, November 14, 9 am-1 pm, at Ventura City Hall, 501 Poli Street.

High school students will get the inside scoop on HOW to dress for an interview, interview techniques, WHAT to include on their resumes, WHERE there are local jobs and community service spots and WHICH career paths will be in hot demand with interactive displays about manufacturing and 3-D printing. Students can sign up today at www.cityofventura.net/expo and speak to their school counselors to reserve a seat on the bus.
