NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Moorpark, California, on Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., at the Moorpark City Hall, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California, 93021, to consider the application described below.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN pursuant to Section 15181 of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, where a public agency has prepared an EIR on a Specific Plan, no additional EIR or Negative Declaration need be prepared for a subsequent project undertaken pursuant to and in conformity to that specific plan. The industrial buildings are consistent with the Amended Carlsberg Specific Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report has been certified. In addition, the Environmental Impact Report prepared for the Amended Carlsberg Specific Plan addressed multiple types of uses on the site including commercial, industrial and residential uses. The proposed industrial buildings are consistent with the uses planned for a parcel with a land use designation of “Business Park (BP)”.
Entitlement: Modification No. 2 to IPD No. 2000-01
Proposal: A Modification to a previously approved Industrial Planned Development (IPD) to allow a change in architecture and site planning by changing two (2) originally approved unbuilt buildings to three (3) buildings of a similar style.
Location: South side of Patriot Drive, west of Spring Road

The proposed project application(s) and environmental documents may be reviewed at the Community Development Department, City Hall, 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, CA 93021 during normal business hours.
Any person affected by the application(s) may appear and be heard in support or opposition to the proposals at the time of the hearing.
The City Council in their deliberation could approve the proposal, deny the proposal, or approve the proposal in an alternative form. If you challenge the proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Department at, or prior to, the Public Hearing.
