    Verdugo Hills Hospital, Glendale, CA


    During the last week in January, tens of thousands of celebratory events will take place across the country to raise awareness of the different K-12 education options available to children and families. Started in 2011, National School Choice Week is now the world’s largest annual celebration of opportunity in education.
    Please join California School Choice on Saturday, January 25th at the USC Verdugo Hills Hospital for lunch and a special Townhall discussion with featured speakers Rebecca Friedrichs, Gina Gleason, Dr. Vicki Alger and Larry Sand.
    Tickets are $20 per person and include a box lunch.

    Featured Speakers


    Rebecca Friedrichs
     is the author of Standing Up to Goliath, a powerful expose of state and national teachers’ unions told through dozens of engaging personal accounts. She’s a Prager University host, and founded For Kids and Country a national movement of parents, teachers, students, faith leaders, and citizens uniting to restore our schools and culture.

    Gina Gleason
    , Executive Director of Real Impact at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills. Gina has made it her mission to inform parents and concerned Californians about the dangers of the new sex education curriculum.

    Dr. Vicki Alger 
    is a senior fellow at the Independent Women’s Forum and a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute in Oakland, California, and author of the book Failure: The Federal Misedukation of America’s Children. Dr. Alger also served as an education advisor on the Trump transition team.

    Larry Sand 
    is President of the California Teachers Empowerment Network, a non-partisan, non-political group dedicated to providing teachers with reliable and balanced information about professional affiliations and positions on educational issues – information teachers will often not get from their school districts or unions.
