Picture Book Month at the Main Library!

Main Library Children’s Area
Calling all Kindergartners through 6th Graders! November is Picture Book Month and we want you to design your own picture book cover. Everyone will receive a prize for participating and all entries will be displayed throughout the library and on our Facebook page. Submit your design by Saturday, troche November 28. Pick up an entry form in the Main Library’s Children’s Area.

Volcanoes in Stories and Science

Help paint a winter scene on our library lobby window. Carl Soto will sketch it and you can help paint it!

Teen Council Meeting

This teen advisory group will help plan activities for the coming months and suggest library purchases for books, music and DVDs. We always begin with snacks and fellowship. Due to December darkness, we will start at 3:30 and finish no later than 4:45.

Wearable LED Craft

Watch this anime movie and see what happens when one peaceful day on Earth, two remnants of Frieza’s army named Sorbet and Tagoma arrive searching for the Dragon Balls with the aim of reviving Frieza. They succeed, and Frieza subsequently seeks revenge on the Saiyans.
