Harness the power and experience the mesmerizing beauty of mandalas with artist Lynne Okun on Saturday, February 9 at the Santa Paula Art Museum. Okun, an art therapist and yoga instructor, will share the magic of mandalas – from their history and meaning, to strategies and techniques of creating your own personal mandala. Having achieved an understanding of the proportions, geometry, and sacred symbolism that mandalas incorporate, each student will leave with at least one mandala on paper and the potential for endless mandala-making.
