It’s Back! “Concerts In Your Car” Returns with a Special Live Easter Show on April 3
The all-new production, “Cottontail Hop: The Story of the Magical Egg” is designed to delight kids of all ages
(Ventura, CA)—In a year when group Easter Egg Hunts are canceled, parents need look no further than the Ventura County Fairgrounds for a fun, non-denominational, family event to celebrate Easter with the little ones.
Cottontail Hop is a live stage production, featuring a multi-talented team of dazzling acrobats, twirling cirque performers and surprising magicians who will join the Easter Bunny to search the sky and the sea for a missing mysterious and magical egg. The spectacular “Eggstravaganza” will delight the wee ones with sing-along songs and a special bunny bag of Easter treats.
Cottontail Hop: The Story of the Magical Egg is produced by Right Angle Entertainment, the seasoned creators behind the Concerts In Your Car holiday show Santa Saves Christmas. They are also the producers of the popular live stage shows Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Musical; The Price is Right Live; Friends! The Musical Parody; and RAFFI.
The 90-minute live stage production will be presented on the “Concerts In Your Car” signature theater-in-the-round stage. The combination of an extra high, four-sided stage and four over-sized video screens ensures unobstructed views for everyone. All shows include a visual light show and multi-media entertainment.
Three performances are scheduled at 11:30, 2:30 and 5:00 pm on Saturday, April 3 at the Ventura County Fairgrounds. Ticket prices start at $49.00 per car for up to four people. Additional passenger tickets may be purchased, and the number of passengers must not exceed the number of safety belts/seats in the vehicle. Children under two are free. Tickets are sold in advance and online only. Each car will receive a “Bunny Bag” filled with Easter Eggs (with more available for purchase). The events are designed to comply with State and Ventura County guidelines and sound is distributed to attendees via their car radios.
