The Tea Party Caucus of California (www.TeaPartyCC.org) is about helping to train, coordinate (if they want) and cooperate with Tea Parties across the State to make the local clubs more effective and successful.
We are working toward having Tea Party candidates for local offices as well as State legislative offices. We need to build a farm club and have a bench of qualified and trained office holders, able to go up the ladder of political office. Tea Parties are moving from just recognizing a problem, educating others on it — and just complaining — to making a measurable impact on our local and state Political Arena!
As part of this, we need to have our people involved in leadership of the County and State Republican Parties. Due to Prop. 14, likely only the GOP and Democrats will be on November ballots — so we need to have a leading role at the table (in multiple cases last November, it was just two Democrats on the ballot!).

Speakers:
Steve Frank is a long time political activist and commentator on public policy. He publishes the California Political News and Views, speaks around the State and appears on numerous radio talk shows every week. He is one of the founders of the Tea Party California Caucus and works closely with consistent Constitutional conservatives throughout the State.
Woody Woodrum is Co-founder of the Tea Party California Caucus, an organization whose goal is getting Tea Party members elected to (and domination of) the Republican Party at the County and State levels. He is President of Eagle Forum San Diego and recipient of the National Eagle of the Year award.
Additionally, Woody is Co-Founder of The Salt and Light Council, a citizenship ministry now affiliated nationally with Liberty Council; and President of Campaign Boot Camp, an organization that demystifies the process and trains Down-Ballot Candidates (below City Council) how to run a successful campaign. Since 2006 he has been an active speaker and leader in the Grassroots Political Arena.
Woody retired from the US Navy Submarine service after nearly 21 years and now works as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement for a large manufacturing firm. Woody is married to Donna, his wife of 39 years.
