Six candidates for office in Thousand Oaks and social media personality and Director of Urban Engagement at Turning Point USA, Brandon Tatum, will speak at the Thursday, September 20th dinner meeting of the Conejo Valley Republican Women Federated at Los Robles Greens, 299 South Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks CA 91360. The candidates who will speak are Dr. Kevin McNamee and Tom Adams seeking seats on the Thousand Oaks City Council, Dr. Amy Chen, Mike Dunn, and Angie Simpson running for the CVUSD School Board, and Craig Everett seeking a seat on the Community College Board.
Brandon Tatum, an inspirational and motivational speaker, will talk on “Recapturing Our Boldness.” Tatum’s Facebook video criticizing Colin Kaepernick got 70 million views. He has been interviewed on Fox Business, Fox & Friends, Headline News, and dozens of other podcasts and radio shows. His videos have dealt with the NFL flag protest, Donald Trump, Kanye West, “white privilege,” why Democrats hate Black people, abortion, Mollie Tibbetts, illegal immigration, and many other controversial subjects.
Tatum served 6 years with the Tucson Police Department becoming a SWAT operator, field training officer, general instructor, and a Public Information Officer. In late 2016, he became popular from his viral videoson social issues, politics, and law enforcement.
In late 2017, Tatum made his ultra-viral video on Kaepernick and decided to leave law enforcement to make videos and speak full time. He founded and became the CEO and spokesman for Tatum Motivation and a Special Contributor for the Conservative Tribune. He recently joined Charlie Kirk and Candace
Owens as the Director of Urban Engagement at Turning Point USA and he will be a keynote speaker, along with Candace Owens, at their Young Black Leadership Conference in October
