Gathering continues in this time of pandemic on Zoom and exported live to the congregation’s Facebook page which is www.facebook.com/uucsp Maddie Sifantus announces a Gathering with Sound, Silence and Word broadcast from the Universalist Unitarian Church of Santa Paula on Tuesday, October 13 at 7:00 PM. No in person attendance.
Gathering is a reflective time in our busy week to hear some beautiful music, share some silence and hear spoken word on the theme of Autumn. The music will be provided by Christine Snipes Mazor on violin, and Maddie Sifantus, soprano. Christine is a resident of Ventura and a frequent performer at Gathering and for Sunday morning services. Maddie Sifantus, in addition to being the minister of the Universalist Unitarian Church, is a professional singer with a long career in the Northeast before her move to Santa Paula. They will be joined by poet Atul Ranchod. Free, but with a free will offering to compensate our Gathering musician that can be mailed to UUCSP, 740 E Main Street, Santa Paula, CA 93060 with Gathering in the memo line or donations can be made from the church’s website www.uucsp.org
