The Ventura County Rose Society will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Ventura County Office of Education Conference Center at  5100 Adolfo Rd., Camarillo. 

Judy Polinsky will be speaking on ” Delicious Rose-Flavored Desserts”, a book she wrote on 18th century historical recipes for  modern kitchens.  She has created programs for the Huntington Library, Reagan Presidential Library and Mount Vernon among others, sharing her delightful desserts.  Judy will be sharing some of her rose-flavored desserts for us to taste, and she will explain how to use roses in cooking.  This will an enriching and exciting evening event. We hope you will attend!

 The doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for advice from Consulting Rosarians  and refreshments. We will have a little rose show  and Society information at 7:00 P.M. Our program will begin at 7:30 P.M.
