Attend a ranger-led hike at Rancho Sierra Vista on Saturday, June 18 from 9AM-10AM to learn about the local plants and animals in the park.

Join us on the “Welcome to Your Park” hike at Rancho Sierra Vista in Newbury Park!
During this guided hike, we will observe some of the many plants and animals that live here, discuss their roles in the local ecosystem, and reflect on our own place in natural spaces.
The hike will be a distance of about 1.5 miles with breaks along the way and will last about one hour. All ages are welcome on this guided hike; however, the terrain is not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. Leashed pets are welcome.
Please bring plenty of water and be sure to wear sturdy shoes, sunscreen, and a hat.
The program begins at 9:00 am on Saturday June 18th. The ranger will meet you in the Main Visitor Parking Lot.
