    “Wild Caught Ocean Images” at Oxnard Maritime Museum

    Wild Caught Ocean Images an exhibit of Bob Perry’s photographs of the sea creatures that live in the Santa Barbara Channel will open on March 1, troche 2015 and continue through March 30 2015. His photographs are nature in action. Bob is a marine biologist and photographer for the Condor Express out of Santa Barbara.

    There will be an opening reception on Thursday, March 5 from 5-7pm, to which the public is invited at no charge. Refreshments and a no host bar (wine, beer and soft drinks) will be available.

    Come to the museum and find out all about whales during our Celebration of the Whales in March. Enter the drawing for two tickets for whale watching on the Condor Express or a (plush) sea creature of your own.

    The Maritime Museum is open daily 11-5 pm. Located at Oxnard’s Channel Islands Harbor, 3900 South Harbor Boulevard, on Bluefin Circle, permanent exhibits include a seascape gallery of rare and beautiful maritime art dating back to the 1600’s, more than sixty world-class models of historic ships, and interactive contemporary exhibits and a gift shop.
