Yin Yoga

 

In Person! Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice where mostly passive postures are held for longer periods of time, typically from 3-5 minutes. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints, reduce osteoporosis, improve flexibility and help restore mobility. Yoga mat, two blocks, a strap, and a towel required.
