Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association will be holding classes on Living with Type 2 and Pre-Diabetes on:
July 3rd from 2:30-4:00 at the Camarillo Community Center in Room #3 on 1605 Burnley St. in Camarillo
July 3rd from 10:30-12:00 at the Simi Valley Senior Center on 3900 Avenida Simi in Simi Valley
July 2nd from 1:00-2:30 at Livingston Memorial VNA on 1996 Eastman Ave. Ste.109 in Ventura
July 24th from 1:30-3:00 at Goebel Adult Community Center on 1385 E Janss Road in Thousand Oaks
The class introduces basic information about Type 2 Diabetes with emphasis on the development of an individual plan of care that includes diet, exercise, and blood sugar monitoring. New developments in diabetes and common management problems will also be addressed. No registration is necessary—just come.
