Gold Coast Transit District Implementing Bus Service Changes this Sunday, January 27, 2018

Oxnard, CA – Gold Coast Transit District (GCTD) will make schedule adjustments to its fixed-route bus service this Sunday, January 27th. GCTD typically makes bi-annual schedule changes each year in January and July based on analysis of ridership as well as community feedback.

What’s New?
Minor Weekday Schedule Adjustments to: 6, 11, 15, 16, 17, 19/20
Minor Weekend Schedule Adjustments to:
 1A/B, 15, and 17

No changes: 3, 4A/B, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 21, 22

Minor Route Changes for:
Route 16: Last trip on weekdays now continues to Ventura Ave and Main St.
18F Ventura High Tripper: Last stop now at Main & Catalina in front of Ventura High School for morning trips only.

Bus Stop Closures for:
Route 16: Highway 33 & Highland (northbound), Hwy 33 & Valley Meadows (southbound), Hwy 33 and Teen Challenge (both directions).
Route 2: Garfield and 3rd St.

Gold Coast Transit District’s updated Bus Book with new schedule information is now available free of charge on every bus, online, at GCTD’s Customer Service Center at the Oxnard Transit Center (OTC) and at over 100 locations throughout the county. Gold Coast Transit’s customer service team is available for trip planning assistance by calling 805-487-4222, Monday – Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM.  Trip Planning powered by Google Transit is also available online at www.GCTD.org.
