Greater Conejo Valley Chamber Hosts 2017 Regional Economic Forecast
The Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that they will host their annual 2017 Regional Economic Forecast on Friday, June 23 from 7-9 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency Westlake. The event will feature keynote speaker Brendan Jacobson from Google and economic expert Dr. Sung Sohn from California State University Channel Islands.

Keynote Presentation
Brendan Jacobson is part of Google’s partnership team working with carefully-vetted partners to help empower small and midsize businesses by leveraging the power of digital advertising to better compete in today’s marketplace. Prior to joining Google, Jacobson spent several years working in Major League Baseball and most recently served as the Head of Sales for Zagat Survey, publisher of consumer-generated ratings and reviews for leisure and lifestyle information.

Dr. Sung Sohn
Dr. Sung Sohn is an Endowed Professor for the Martin V. Smith School of Business & Economics at California State University Channel Islands. Dr. Sohn was named the nation’s most accurate economist by the Wall Street Journal in 2006, ranked among the top five in 2010 and third in 2012. His accuracy has also been noted by Time magazine and Bloomberg News. He has served as a senior economic advisor to the President’s Council of Economic Advisors in The White House, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hanmi Financial Corporation and Chief Economic Officer and Executive Vice President of Wells Fargo Banks.
The forecast will be moderated by Bill Dallas, CEO of Dallas Capital. A hot breakfast will be served at 7 a.m. and the program will begin promptly at 7:15 a.m.
Early registration is $50 per person and available online at www.conejochamber.org until 5pm on June 21st or at the door for $60.
