Happy New Year to our readers

By George Miller & Debra Tash, 12-29-15

This was  written for our last email bulletin of the year, so it’s an early new year’s message. We’ve been publishing CitizensJourmal.us for 2 1/2 years now and its our third New Year. It has given us an interesting perspective on things. Life looks more and more like a struggle to survive, to overcome adversity, evil, weakness and bad fortune and succeed in spite of it, with effort, goodness, courage, strength, faith, desire to succeed, love and honesty. It doesn’t always work.

It is our aim to provide some information to help you better know what is going on, fill in some of the gaps elsewhere and to some extent, point to resources to help you out. While we strive not to be biased in our news, everyone has some guiding principles, which will inevitably affect perspective. We will freely admit that our North Star for navigation is our faith, the US Constitution and Declaration of Independence.

We thank our staff, regular reporters and writers (which we always need more of), contributors, donors, advertisers, suppliers and of course, our readers.

We believe that the next couple of years will be very important for the future of our society, the direction it takes, the government it gets and its health and prosperity. We look forward to continuing to serve you and hope to hear from you in the form of comments/letters, writing contributions and donations to help keep us publishing.

May you have a happy, healthy and successful New Year!
