Camarillo Hospice, A Program of Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association, is offering a six-week Healing Grief through Art Group on Thursday mornings from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.  

Group meeting dates:  April 12 & 26 and May 3 & 10

Many of us do not talk about our grief because of the reaction of others. We can find that even people closest to us are unable to empathize because they have not experienced our loss. We seek a way to heal, often relying on time. However, healing is not just about time, it is about heart, mind and spirit. Throughout history, people have used pictures, stories, dance and music as healing rituals. Creative expression can be a powerful healing tool. We hope you will join us in discovering a different way to explore your grief.

Ongoing Support Groups

Young Widow and Widowers Support Group Tuesdays 5:30 to 7:00 pm

Good Grief Club and Teenage Grief Support Groups 1^st and 3^rd Tuesday of every month

General Bereavement Support Group: Healing after the Loss of a Loved One Wednesdays 1:00 to 2:30 pm and Thursdays 6:00-7:30 pm

Survivors of Suicide Support Group:  1^st and 3^rd Wednesday of every month 6:30 to 8:00 pm 

Reinvesting in Life after Loss of a Loved One:  2^ndand 4th Thursdays 3:00 to 4:30 pm

Adult Loss of Parent Support Group:  1^st and 3^rd Thursday of every month 6:00 to 7:30 pm
