Heather Deen Locklear (DOB 9/25/61), of Westlake, pled no contest to eight misdemeanor counts: five counts of battery on a peace officer, in violation of Penal Code section 243(b), one count of battery on emergency personnel, a violation of Penal Code section 243(b), and two counts of resisting, obstructing, or delaying a peace officer, a violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1). Locklear was sentenced to 120 days in the Ventura County jail, stayed pending successful completion of a residential treatment program. Locklear was placed on three years of summary probation.Â
