Here are the College Football Power Rankings After Week Four, Number Three Might Surprise You

David Hookstead | Reporter

Another weekend of college football is over, and that means it’s time for my power rankings.

This week, we have exact same five teams as we had last week, but in a slightly different order. Let’s jump right in.

1) Alabama

The Crimson Tide played another game of football, and put on another show as they destroyed Texas A&M 45-23. The Tide is rolling, and there’s nothing to make any of us think it’ll end anytime soon.

2) Ohio State

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before. The Buckeyes obliterated their opponent. OSU looked damn good against Tulane in a 49-6 return, which was Urban Meyer’s first game back after suspension. They’re head and shoulders better than the rest of the Big Ten right now, and it’s not close.

3) Clemson

The Tigers lit up Georgia Tech, and that’s why they bumped Georgia back a spot. Trevor Lawrence now has the starting spot for the game against Syracuse. Things are going great for Dabo Swinney and company.

4) Georgia

The Bulldogs let Missouri keep their game way too close Saturday. They still looked great, and aren’t falling because of poor performance. They’re following because I honestly think every team ahead of them would win a neutral site game.

5) LSU

LSU bullied Louisiana Tech in a 38-21 victory. They looked good, and Coach O has things going to plan for the undefeated Tigers. Nobody I think anticipated they’d be this good. There’s no question they can make things in the SEC East interesting.
