He must of had something to hide if he didn’t stop.

The issue here is that he left the scene of an accident wherein a kid was killed! ! Why haven’t they arrested him and why did he wait a day to come forward? ? If he would’ve stopped this boy might still be alive!!

I agree with all the posts. Henderson should had stopped. Hit and Run are felonies. Even if Jonathan crossed on a red light it doesn’t matter, he’s still a human being who needed help. Maybe he was still alive. I do think Henderson had something to hide. I hope the Ventura police do their jobs and arrest him and prosecute him as they would anyone else. Prayers for Jonathan’s family.

Why didn’t they arrest Martin the tow truck driver?.. is it because he works for the Ventura police department??

Double R towing is contracted with the Ventura Police Department to pick up vehicles they need to be impound

Stan

If the kid was going against the red light the tow truck had the right of way but when he failed to stop he lost his innocence. if he would have stopped then he would not be penalized. Dumb move driver

I agree 100%. The driver probably had something to hide and therefore did not stop. Maybe he was under the influence of alcohol, had drugs in the truck or what ever illegal or immoral situation going on there. That’s my guess. This is such a sad sad story. Prayers to the family as this is the second child they lost in a years time.
