Homicide Investigation in Ventura

Ventura Police Department – Incident Press Release

On 12/28/20 at about 0650 hours the Ventura Police Command Center received a 911 call of a subject laying in front of a vacant lot.

Officers arrived on scene and determined that the subject was deceased. Further investigation revealed that the victim was stabbed in the upper torso which led to his demise.

Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators are on scene investigating the incident and collecting forensic evidence.
