    Ventura County Ministries prepare
for ‘most wonderful time of the year’
This truly is the most wonderful time of the year for our Ventura County ministries. I am reminded of God’s love which is always a giving love. “For God so loved the world that He gave.” This truth permeates everything that we do at the Ventura County Rescue Mission and Lighthouse for Women and Children. The benefits of donating appreciated stock are tremendous. This is a great way to leverage your gift in support of the mission.
    A breath of fresh air
Several clients from the Life Recovery Program had the opportunity to go on a hike near Sycamore Canyon. For some of the men, this was the first time they’ve ever been hiking.
