One major item on the mind of the Ventura County Network and the community they serve in Ventura County these days is Borderline Bar & Grill and the devastating wild fires. Last October 5th, the Women’s Council of Realtors, Ventura County Network held their annual fundraiser entitled “Cowboy Casino Night” at Borderline Bar & Grill under the coordination efforts of Julie Everitt in her past position as 2018 President-Elect & former Event Director. A few short weeks later the unimaginable happened. The next day, multiple wildfires broke out causing devastation throughout Ventura County. Many people close to us were evacuated and/or lost their homes. This year’s work is dedicated to those who lost their lives on Nov 8, 2018 at Borderline and those affected by the California wildfires! We are anxious to help with any community efforts that would welcome our participation in regards to these events. We love our beautiful community in Ventura County and look forward building stronger relationships throughout!
