Liberty Counsel Attorney: “Media has become a propaganda machine” not reporting Election Fraud

ORLANDO, FLORIDA—”The media has just completely become like Pravda Media of the former U.S.S.R. It is a propaganda machine that does not report the truth and distorts the truth. It is terrible. It is worse than we could ever imagine,” said Liberty Counsel founder and chairman Mathew D. Staver during Pastor Rob McCoy’s Fireside Chat 235 (Nov. 27). “You’re not going to find the truth or any kind of information about what is accurate out there through the typical media.

“As an example, in Pennsylvania, the state legislature is Republican and they did not extend the time for voting. What we have there is the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on its own extending time for mail-in ballots after Nov. 3. The state law says they have to be in by 8 p.m. EST on Nov. 3. Anything that comes in after that is not counted. Hundreds of thousands of ballots were delivered after that time. When the polls closed, President Trump was leading by several hundred thousand of votes—a lead that was impossible to make up.

“Yet what happened, is they made it up; and they did after Nov. 3 with these hundreds of thousands of ballots; many of them were not in envelopes so they were not traceable. They came in garbage cans and other kinds of unmarked containers and they were dumped in after hours. We weren’t even allowed in Philadelphia to actually observe the count from Nov. 3 on. Official observers along with those from the Trump campaign and the GOP were blocked and nobody was allowed in. If the media just reported on that one issue there would be outrage.

“But that one case whether or not you can extend the election when the legislature has the sole prerogative to extend that time that cannot be just unilaterally extended by a court. That is a whole different branch of government that does not have the authority to do it. That one issue alone at the U.S. Supreme Court could invalidate all these hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots that came in after 8 p.m. on Nov. 3. You just need to locate those mail-in ballots. Some have been segregated but in Philadelphia—a Democratic stronghold—they did not. That is a strong case.

“We also discovered 1,601 individuals from the ages of 100 plus to 202 years of age registered to vote in Pennsylvania. These individuals have all requested mail-in ballots and almost everyone returned the mail-in ballot in time for the November 3 election. They were not just registered but requested ballots and almost everyone returned the mail-in ballot as well. Some of these voters were born in the 1800s. These are not only bad lists but active lists of dead people who are returning mail-in ballots.

“We know that something similar happened in Georgia. Attorney Sidney Powell has filed a 110-page complaint with lots of exhibits.  She has affidavit after affidavit with all these people witnessing the same thing in these different precincts. They are witnessing these hundreds of ballots, these thousands of ballots coming in after the election. Some are in the Trump column or in the Trump container but people are just taking them out and sticking them into the Biden container and counting them as Biden votes and they did that over and over again in precinct after precinct. That is quite widespread in Georgia. 

“We know that Dominion Voting Systems software was used (in Pennsylvania) and 6,000 votes for Trump were given over to Biden. The only way they found that was there was some manual review of an abnormality and they found it and they retributed them to Trump.  That is a major problem. Out of 28 states, 40 percent of all the people who voted in the United States voted on Dominion software.

“I have an affidavit from a person who now lives in Texas and was in Venezuela when Dominion Software program with Smartmatic was actually developed and he saw in real time it changing votes for Hugo Chavez (Venezuelan President from 1999 until his death in 2013). It was designed to do that to keep these dictators in power but also for Nicolas Maduro (who became Venezuelan President in 2013) who was well behind his opponent but was picked by the Communist Party regime to win so he ordered the online reporting to shut down in the afternoon at 2 p.m. which sounds very similar to what happened in these states and then they reprogrammed the Smartmatic software and then went back online and he ended up making up a huge deficit and winning by 200,000 votes across Venezuela. It was because of the Smartmatic software which has now been exported to other Marxist countries. It was used in the Philippines and it has been notorious for its problems there. The Manilla Times has indicated that it caused what they called “a lot of glitches.”

“We have heard the word “glitches” in the United States and the Manilla Times said no one would want to use this software because it was fraught with all these irregularities. Dominion connected with Smartmatic when they were in the Philippines in 2013. Smartmatic asked Dominion to come in and help them and they worked together.

“Dominion supposedly stole the Smartmatic software according to a lawsuit filed by Smartmatic against Dominion. The Smartmatic software became the operating system of Dominion and that is what is used here in the United States by these Democratic operatives who are controlling Dominion and are very much anti-Trump. There is a software issue and big irregularities,” said Staver.

“You take Michigan, for example, one of our former attorneys who is now a law professor in Virginia.  She graduated from high school in Michigan and she heard about women who formerly lived there registered under maiden names and she found out that she was registered under her maiden name in the county where she lived until she moved out at age 17. She was never registered and that is where her parents live. Yet, she found out she has been registered as a Democrat. Other classmates also found out they were registered in Michigan. The pattern was to find women who no longer live in Michigan and register them under their maiden name and have them vote as Democrats.

According to Mat Staver, the Pennsylvania decision could very well be impacted by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito who had earlier ruled that votes cast after the Nov. 3 election date had to be separated from votes before Nov 3—which was not done in Pennsylvania.
