Life is the most fundamental right

Seth Gruber: “Abortion is the sacrifice of the left; Life is the most fundamental right; We need to stop the slaughter”

    By Michael Hernandez

CHINO HILLS—”Abortion is the sacrifice of the left,” said pro-life activist Seth Gruber, at the “Come Back California” Sept. 19 video conference at Chino Hills Calvary Chapel. “Life is the most fundamental right and if we don’t get that right, we won’t get any other right, right. We need to stop the slaughter.

“We need to bring moral, spiritual and political clarity to the issue of abortion. The moral fog is spanning generation gaps and effecting the next generation. Surrender is not an option” for the murder of over 60 million babies in America since Roe v Wade.

Gruber claimed that some basic questions needed to be asked:

    • What is the unborn?
    • Can we kill the unborn?

He used the acronym: SLED for his pro-life arguments:

    • S: “Size is not relative to moral worth.”
    • L: Level of development. “Shall grandparents have more worth than grandchildren?”
    • E: Environment or Location. “The womb which was to be the safest environment; is now the most dangerous.”
    • D: Dependency: “Do we round up and kill people who are dependent on others for their life?”

Seth Gruber founded and directed the Students for Life Club at Westmont College, a Christian liberal arts institution. He has engaged with thousands of students on the topic of abortion. Upon graduation, Seth joined Life Training Institute as a pro-life speaker.

Seth has been featured by World Magazine, American Family Association, Christian Research Institute, Christianity Today, Life Site News, Live Action News, Students for Life of America and National Radio Broadcast.

Gruber is a prolific blogger and recently wrote (Sept. 22) his reflection on the life of former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg:

“I will not participate in the white washing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s legacy. She was a brilliant but wicked woman.” She “believed the government could deny rights of personhood on an entire class of human beings and then murder or mistreat them. She hated unborn women and unborn men. She was a rabid bigot who viewed and treated babies in the same way her party once viewed and treated blacks.

“Advancing the civil rights of born women means virtually nothing if you advance and sanction the genocide of unborn women.

“I don’t believe we should glorify or honor the legacy of anyone who used the power of the highest court in the land to deny personhood to millions of our fellow human beings and whose botched jurisprudence and decisions directly led to the abuse or slaughter of innocents.”
