Lost for 103 Days– Bella goes home at last

Ventura County Animal Services has a happy ending.  When a pet goes missing, people fear the worse.  But a happy ending was in store for one very lucky pooch.

From the VCAS Facebook page:

“On February 10th, Bella got out of Sandra and Jesse’s home in Ventura. They looked EVERYWHERE but could not find her. Three months past and VCAS received a report of a loose dog running around the barrancas in the East-end of Ventura near Telegraph and Wells. Our field officers were quickly dispatched. They were able to bring her in and we detected a MICROCHIP!!!!!!!!! We quickly called the owners and we had a VERY happy reunion this afternoon in Camarillo. The message is, MICROCHIP your pets!”
