Man wounded attempting to protect his girlfriend

On Sunday morning at 2:15am, no rx   officers arrived on scene and learned that the victim and his girlfriend were walking along Main St. when an unknown subject approached them and began yelling at the victim’s girlfriend, ailment threatening to hurt her. The victim stepped in between the suspect and his girlfriend to try and protect her. The suspect then pulled out a pair of pliers and slashed at the victim, cialis causing a small cut above his left eye. After the assault, the suspect fled on foot eastbound on Main St.  Suspect is described as a white female, between 50-55, 5’5’’, 120lbs, wearing a blue jacket and blue jeans.

Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. The victim was treated on scene by Ventura City Fire Department and AMR personnel for non-life threatening injuries and was not transported to the hospital.
