For the past two weeks, I have been involved in organizing speakers for the list of public meetings below. There are four council meetings next week (three cities and one for the County Board of Supervisors). Over the years, I have given many public comments and we always were allowed our 3-minute comment in person. So today, when confirming date; I was told the doors would be locked to the public! The only way they said public comments were allowed is to submit them in writing by noon the day before to be read openly at the meeting !! Our response: “absolutely not”. We are going to show up and expect to be allowed inside. The Simi Valley city clerk said the reason the City Manager made the decision to lock the doors was for OUR SAFETY–which you and I know is total BS. I’m sure the phony reason is the same for the other three locations. (Keep in mind our County has been completely opened up as of the end of May/beginning of June) .
We are not telling anybody the doors will be locked. We want everybody to show up so they will be furious they were locked out of a public meeting. So we are still inviting people and letting them know they are needed to show up in force.
REMINDER:
- YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! PLEASE TAKE ACTION! BRING FAMILY, FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS AND LETS SHOW UP IN FORCE AT ALL FOUR LOCATIONS LISTED BELOW.
- THE FIGHT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS CANNOT TAKE PLACE AFTER THOSE RIGHTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN LOST.
- YOUR FREEDOM IS AT STAKE. YOUR PRESENCE IS NEEDED. WE NEED TO WAKE UP THE LOCAL PUBLIC OFFICIALS. WE NEED TO BE LOCAL AND VOCAL.
- FROM A CONSTITUTIONAL LAWYER: HE SAID THE ONLY SOLUTION TO THE POLICE STATE (I.E. TRACE) IS “WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE GOVERNMENT”. HE SAID WE CAN TAKE OVER LOCALLY!

Judy/Conservative Advocates,
***** Video record as much as possible. *****
Not just the meeting/deliberations/open comments, but any interactions with leftist agitators and left-wing law enforcement – inside and outside the chamber room. Advised for both journalistic and legal reasons.
Ideally, enter the general area wearing a chest-mounted video camera or similar as your primary recording option (with smartphone video as backup), equipped with micro-SD card, recommended min. 200 GB. At least one spare ‘hi-cap’ micro-SD card, also on your person, is advised.
For the smartphone, physically video in ‘landscape’ orientation so the footage can be network-aired by media*. NOTE: livestreaming can safeguard micro-SD card footage from theft/other physical loss, BUT is known on iPhones to generate poor quality video.
Remember: the courts have ruled there is no ‘expectation of privacy’ for any individual recorded on CA government property – with the common-sense exception of bathrooms (and courtrooms). In CA –outside those 2 exceptions– if the ground you and the ‘recordee(s)’ are standing on is CA taxpayer-funded, the two-person consent rule is null and void.
*If establishment media won’t publish, submit the video file(s) to outlets like Citizens Journal, Project Veritas, FrontPage Mag, Breitbart, etc. The worst they can do is say ‘no’.
It’s not what you know, it’s what you can prove in the courts of public opinion and law!
I get very frustrated when I read comments and the person disagrees with the writer, that somehow gives the commenter the right to go in for kill or something.. it is not that I disagree with what is being said in general.. I truly feel like every person should be heard and should not be … put to the side, for any reason..
HOWEVER, there are times when circumstances do not allow for such freedoms..
There Is in fact, a virus , that is Still killing people.. There Are in fact, riots going on, that Are killing people… they may intend to be peaceful… but You can only control You.. and that has not stopped the ones walking up behind innocent people and shooting them in the back of the head..
So when someone tells you “it is for your safety” and you, in essence, not only give them the finger.. but instigate an angry mob to attend their meeting?? Seriously?? How do you think that is going to play out? Especially given the atmosphere already out there?
You wanted to speak? You sure as “H” did..
Be Careful that this doesn’t come back to bite you, is all I am saying…
Unfortunately, you are now responsible for what happens at that meeting..
How many of your civil and Constitutional rights are you willing to give up because “it’s for your safety?”
The people of Germany in the late 1920’s and 1930’s gave up many of their rights and freedoms because they were told that everything that was being done was for their “safety.” And, of course, the “state” always knows best whether the dictator is named Hitler, or Newsom, Cuomos, Whitmer, etc.
I am not willing to give up ANY of my rights and freedoms so you can “feel” safe.
We didn’t see anything to incite violence in the post, only to express alternative views and express them to the Board of Supervisors. I agree with some of it and disagree with some, but won’t attempt to censor it.
