    Member of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley is a Recipient of the Ventura County Transportation Commission Art Contest

    Artwork Takes to the Road – Tariq Ali, age 13 and member of the Rocky & Lon Morton Boys & Girls Club in Newbury Park was one of the winners of the Ventura County Transportation Commission’s (VCTC) Art Contest competing against other youth from Boys & Girls Clubs throughout Ventura and Conejo Valley areas.  The goal of the art contest was to engage youth to think about the role of transportation in their lives and the community.  The theme was “Oh the places you’ll go.”  Ali’s winning artwork, along with other winners, will be displayed on VCTC intercity buses.
