Santa Paula Police Department – Incident Press Release
On 08/28/20 at approximately 1455 hours officers of the Santa Paula Police department conducted a probation search at the residence of Arturo Sanchez. Sanchez is a known “tagger” with the moniker “OTRO.”
During a search of Sanchez’s room in accordance with his probation terms, narcotics and narcotics paraphernalia were located. Items indicative of narcotics sales were also located including scales, pay / owe sheets, and empty prescription pill containers. Additionally, graffiti tools including spray cans, spray can tips, grease markers, and paint markers were located. Based on these findings, Sanchez was placed under arrest for 11351 HS – Possession for sale of a controlled substance, 11350 HS, Possession of a controlled substance, and 594.2(a) PC – Possession of graffiti tools. Sanchez was later transported to Ventura County Jail for lodging.
