Newly forming Ventura County GOP charter hosts kick-off Friday, April 7th

Ventura County’s newest forming nonprofit California Republican Charter group—CA4MAGA Ventura County—will host a kick-off membership event on Friday, April 7th at Guessinger Winery, 3059 Willow Lane, Westlake Village, from 6-8 p.m. New members will be enrolled for a $25 annual membership.
The evening will feature Shane Skelton, candidate for the 26th Congressional District (D-Julia Brownlee seat), co-founder of S2C Pacific (a California based consulting firm for business and politics) and formed professional staff member for the U.S. House of Representatives’ Committee on the Budget (working for then Chairman Paul Ryan) and former policy advisor for the American Petroleum Institute and Legislative Counsel for Congressman Bob Latta (R-Ohio). Skelton is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison and earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.
Speaking on SB54, the California Sanctuary State Policy and SB18, California’s Bill of Rights for Children is Chiropractor Dr. Kevin McNamee, Pain Management Care specializing in Asian and herbal medicine and candidate for Thousand Oaks City Council. Dr. McNamee is a member of the Thousand Oaks Rotary and volunteers at the Westminister Free Clinic serving the city’s under-served population, does drug presentation at local schools, and is a part-time instructor at Ventura College. Other speakers are still being confirmed.
Also speaking is Lt. Col. Robert “Buzz” Patterson, USAF, military combat pilot, distinguished White House military aide (carried the nuclear briefcase “football” for President Bill Clinton from 1996 to 1998), and author of two New York Times bestsellers “Dereliction of Duty” and “Reckless Disregard” as well as his most recent book “Conduct Unbecoming: How Barack Obama is Destroying the Military and Endangering Our Security.”

It ‘s going to take all of us to secure more victories. We have many ways to be involved in your community, and we will show you how.
“The purpose of our group is to advocate and inform on conservative policies and issues that Make America and Ventura County Great Again, to bring the national agenda into our communities through a grassroots effort with passionate patriots like yourself, to recruit Republican candidates to run for local office, endorse conservative measures, to increase Republican voters, and promote patriotism within the chapter, State and nation,” said the former Deputy Central California Field Director for the Donald Trump campaign.
Light appetizers will be served. The new GOP charter is a 501 (c) (4) nonprofit organization. Contributions are not tax deductible. Annual membership costs twenty five dollars. The new charter is not affiliated with any campaign or committee.
