On the eve of Biden’s inauguration as President, this is an opinion article, heavily supported by facts, suggesting that he has no legal right to be standing on that platform tomorrow.
Election Fraud Claims Ignored or “Debunked”
Yes, major media, political figures, NGO’s, bureaucrats, certain partisan bloggers, endlessly parroted the talking points in the last three months that “there was not a shred of evidence of election fraud”, “the myth of a stolen election” and my “favorite”: “Baseless claims of election fraud.” Some backed off and just said it “was insufficient to affect the outcome.” I read/heard these over and over and over again.
I’m sure there will be people who say that it’s already decided, that’s it’s futile, even dangerous to object at this point. The inauguration will likely proceed, but people need to know what has been done to get to that point. If nothing else, a cloud is rightly cast over the legitimacy of the proceedings and motivation provided to fix a very broken electoral system.
News media and Google search results were overwhelmingly front-loaded with “news stories”,”fact-checking” and opinion articles to “debunk” the claims, most that themselves could be debunked. Opposition articles and videos claiming fraud were systematically de-ranked in searches, eliminated, shadow-banned, with pages carrying them deplatformed, demonetized, demonized, trolled and the authors and carriers “canceled.”
So the average media consumer saw very little of the claims that weren’t extensively edited, shrouded, ridiculed and lied about. Nearly all complaints to the legislature and courts were denied, mostly on standing or technical terms, or flimsy excuses. Cases were neither actually heard, nor discovery/subpoena power granted. Some cases are still alive/will be appealed.
Many say that having days in court would have served to clear the air, but this was not to be allowed, because it would question the “narrative” and even that could not be permitted. Anyone who questioned it was immediately branded a liar, right-wing nut and/or anti-patriotic, if not insane. Shades of USSR techniques, where opponents of the regime were often declared insane. After all, who in his/her right mind would question the “workers’ paradise?”
But Many Credible Claims of Fraud Made
But, then I and millions of others who do not allow so-called “Main Stream Media” (MSM) to dictate their viewing/reading also watched multiple hearings and read articles and complaints. They spoke of massive electoral fraud, evidence presented, eyewitnesses and experts testified, signed affidavits and evidence offered which showed that this was likely the most corrupt federal election in memory. As a California election observer, I have seen my share of fraud, but it was less so and more driven by government rules and court rulings than polling place fraud. In the swing states this year, it was the worst ever. Perhaps it was very bad in the other states too, but they didn’t need the votes as badly or Biden had no chance there.
On January 6, a stunning all time record of nearly 150 Congressional representatives voted to NOT certify the results for Biden, even with enormous pressure and threats from all over, including their own so-called “leadership,” even knowing that personal and professional penalties on them would result.
Citizens Journal and other truth-seeking publications have published numerous articles on the situation.These shredded the falsehood of these deceptive claims denying fraud, repeated widely and endlessly in the fashion of Joseph Goebbels “big lie” propaganda techniques advanced during the Third Reich. It is quite clear who controls the means of communication and much of the reward/punishment resources today.
While I deplore violence that harms innocent people, I deplore election fraud that tears apart our republic even more. Those of us who know that will not simply sit down and shut up as people did in the generally recognized stolen election of 1960. This year, it was far more massive and left unchallenged will make that modus operandi standard procedure in future elections. Regardless of political affiliation, this should alarm any true patriot. There will likely be a huge backlash, the nature, techniques and magnitude which are beyond the scope of this article, which is only to present the fraud found itself and not future predictions or the merits of the candidates and their platforms.
General categories of election manipulation included, for example: massive mailings of ballots to all registrations, many of which are invalid; failure to purge registration records, even with laws and settlements in place to purge them, such as the 1.5 million in LA County alone- what could possibly go wrong; relaxed or eliminated identity/signature verification; artificially inflated ballot scanning rejects, leading to massive numbers of “adjudicated” ballots under more lax conditions; election observers prevented from properly observing operations, harassed and lied to; weak chain of ballot custody; reports of hundreds of thousands of ballots trucked interstate; the bizarre late night simultaneous cessation of swing state ballot counting in 5 swing states and incredibly lopsided additions of hundreds of thousands of unexplained ballot counts for Biden- never explained; statistically unlikely or impossible vote numbers; vote counts exceeding ballots issued and greater than the number of eligible voters in multiple jurisdictions; excessive and poorly vetted provisional ballots, lopsided ballot curing regimens favoring one party; questions about voting machine security and procedures; unresolved questions of voting system count integrity; ballots hidden, brought out at night and secretly counted with questionable procedures after observers had been sent away; election rules illegally changed.
All this is only what was found without full coverage, legal court discovery, subpoenas & court testimony. While some claims might turn out to be invalid, many won’t and much more hasn’t even been found yet. Reportedly, evidence is being destroyed or dispersed, even though federal law calls for everything to be retained and available for 22 months.
