Obama heavily redacts latest batch of Hillary Clinton’s emails

Hillary Rodham ClintonThe Obama administration slapped a secret designation Friday on a number of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s emails from her time as secretary of state, raising more questions about whether her controversial email arrangement led to classified information being left unsecured.

A new tranche of Clinton emails, released by the State Department under a court order to impose transparency on the Obama administration, contains dozens of documents with information redacted and labeled either “confidential” or “sensitive.”

Editor’s note: Demands to release some of Hillary Clinton’s State Department papers/correspondence was originally related to the Benghazi epiosde, which resulted in the deaths of four Americans and might be related to weapons trafficking. This has now expanded to encompass other matters, including possible criminal actions of doing U.S. government business illegally on private email server(s), not securing government documents, which appeared to be subject to hacking.
