Hello, I am a fond consumer of your products and was delighted to see that you carry My Pillow as that product is made in the U.S. by American workers who receive higher than minimum wage, have good benefits and their products are of great quality.
But I have two concerns:
1) On your website I have been unable to find a listing of the country in which many items were made. This leads me to believe most are made in China. Is this true?
2) How many of us would need to complain for you to start carrying more products made in the U.S.? There are grants available now to help start-up businesses for manufacturing products in the U.S.
We need to bring business back to the U.S. We need to put people back to work that lost their jobs or businesses due to the pandemic, as well as new companies with new business owners.
We are also tired of much of the poor quality of items made in China and feel it is not fair to the importer to have to provide customer service and “eat” returns that are China’s businesses fault.
3) We need you to begin supporting Americans Working for Americans.
Please consider the above two concerns and follow item three. We will be watching.
Very sincerely.
