State Coastal Conservancy, The Nature Conservancy, and the city of Oxnard.
2) Review the alternative plan (based on public input on 7/31/2019)–see alternative plan below.
3) Learn about the implantation timeline.
4) Ask questions, learn more about the OBRAP, give input, and stay connected.
