Oxnard Man Arraigned on Charges of Sexually Assaulting 12-Year-Old Child

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that on July 3, 2019, DOB 4/25/90), of Oxnard, was arraigned and pled not guilty to multiple counts of child molestation in violation of Penal Code section 288(a).  The complaint alleges that on June 1, 2019, Lazaro committed lewd acts upon a 12-year-old child, including digital penetration, oral copulation, and sexual intercourse.  Based upon the nature of the offenses, it is believed there may be additional victims or potential witnesses.  The District Attorney’s Office urges any potential witnesses or victims of crimes or misconduct committed by Lazaro to call Oxnard Police Detective Kevin Adair (805) 385-7663.
