Oxnard Police Department – Incident Press Release
The Oxnard Police Department is investigating an accidental death after a man fell from a third-story Forest Park Bl. railing.
On November 15, 2020 at about 12:09 a.m., officers responded to the 700 block of Forest Park Bl. located in the Riverpark community reference an injured man.
Witnesses said the man,23, of Santa Barbara fell to his death when he fell over the railing of the third-story apartment.
Police are investigating the death as an accident pending an autopsy. Alcohol may have played a role in the fall.
