UPDATE–Oxnard Police asking for help finding elderly man missing since 8 am 4/23/2014

UPDATE: Mr. Frutoz was located in the 1900 Block of Saviers Road by an alert citizen.  He was returned to his family; he appeared to be in good health.  Thank you to everyone who assisted us in this search. 

The Oxnard Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 81-year old Manuel Frutoz. Frutoz is approximately 5-6, 145 pounds, with white/gray hair and brown eyes. When last seen at 0800 hours today, Mr. Frutoz was wearing a black baseball hat, striped sweater, and beige pants.

 He left the 1400 Block of East First Street in an unknown direction with no known destination. Mr. Frutoz lives in Los Banos, CA and has no known friends or acquaintances in Oxnard.
