Oxnard Police Department Developing Story: Shooting Investigation

Oxnard Police Incident Press Release:

On 5/31/21 at approximately 4:02pm, Oxnard Police Department’s Communication Center received several 911 calls regarding a fight in the alley of the 800 block of La Canada. When Officers arrived they located the victim, who was unresponsive. Despite advanced life saving measures, the victim died. Major Crimes Investigators are on scene and handling the investigation. Additional information will be released in a few hours.
