Oxnard Resident arrested – Suspected of Selling Meth

On 08/17/2017, Detectives from the Ventura County Sheriff’s West County Narcotic’s Team concluded a month long narcotic investigation into Oxnard resident, Sean Quolas, who was involved in the sales of methamphetamine to residents of Ventura County. The West County Street Team was assisted by the Ventura Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit.

At approximately 1915 hours, Detectives executed a search warrant at Quolas’ residence located at 2825 Ventura Blvd, Apt H in the unincorporated area of Ventura County known as Nyeland Acres. Quolas was in custody on related charges after being arrested earlier in the day by the Ventura Police Department.

During the search of Quolas’ residence Detectives located approximately 12 ounces of methamphetamine and narcotics paraphernalia indicative of narcotics sales. Esmeralda Garcia was contacted at the residence and arrested for possession of heroin and methamphetamine. Garcia was cited and released at the scene.

Quolas remains in custody at the Ventura County Main Jail for numerous narcotic and weapon violations. His bail is currently set at $210,000. Quolas’ arraignment is set for August 21st, in Division 13 at 1330 hours.

The West County Street Narcotics Team is comprised of narcotic detectives from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office and the Oxnard Police Department.
