The RiverPark Reclamation And Recharge Joint Powers Authority Board of Directors,( Chairman Sheldon Berger and Director Daniel Naumann from United Water Conservation District and Vice Chairman Bert Perello and Director Tim Flynn from City Of Oxnard). Be held a special meeting on April 26, 2017 to receive a Status Report on Reclamation Activities and to review Regulatory Challenges Associated with Originally-Conceived Recharge Uses of Basins and Potential Opportunities for Water Resources-Related Projects. The board also discussed the meeting schedule for year 2017 and the upcoming Receipt of the Basin Parcels from RiverPark Legacy LLC, estimated to occur in October 2017.
