2018 started with a bang for the Santa Barbara-based five-piece blues/swing group renowned for their high-energy live shows (Henry Garrett, lead vocals; Jan Ingram, backing/lead vocals; Jeff Gring, guitar; Michael Robertson, bass; George Lambert, drums), with a nomination in the “Best Blues Band” category from the L.A. Music Critic Awards on the strength of their fine 2017 release, Controlled Burn (vote here now through February 1).
Controlled Burn has received stellar print reviews around the globe while also being featured on syndicated radio program Blues Deluxe and American Veterans Radio.
