The purpose of this forum is to give City of Port Hueneme residents and employees an opportunity to offer their opinion on what characteristics and/or qualifications would be acceptable to find the ideal candidate to succeed John Baker, who is currently the Interim City Manager.
William Avery & Associates have been contracted by the City of Port Hueneme to conduct the search for a permanent City Manager. The City Council has directed William Avery & Associates to engage the community and employees in a public forum and gather their input in what attributes are desirable before making a recommendation of candidates to fill this position.
The public forum will take place on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Port Hueneme City Council Chambers, located at 250 N. Ventura Road.
