We received this video clip of several QOL (Quality Of Life) Ventura members, Matt Decker, Daniel Ohlinger, Valerie White and Paul White, speaking at the 2-6-17 Ventura City Council meeting on serious crime, water and homelessness problems and what they say is the Council’s culpability in not acceptably dealing with these.
