Newsom is only a scapegoat for the ungovernable situation in Sacramento created by the Top Two Primary in 2010, known as Prop 14. All of the effort and money to recall Newsom should be directed to changing Prop 14. Removing Newsom will simply bring in another of the same ideology due to Prop 14.
