Recipe of the Week: Strawberry Banana Pineapple Jello Mold

unhealthy times;”>2 3 oz packages strawberry Jello
1 cup boiling water
2 10 oz packages frozen strawberries
1 10 oz can crushed pineapple
1 large bananas sliced thin
1 cup sour cream (light sour cream if you want to believe this somehow a calorie neutral dessert)
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in cup of boiling water
Add frozen strawberries mix well, breaking up strawberries as they melt
Add crushed pineapple – be sure to drain out all the liquid before adding
Mix in bananas
Put half the mixture in the mold
Spread sour cream over the Jello mixture in the mold
Cover it all with the remainder of the Jello mixture
Let it setup in the refrigerator for at least two hours
