Recipe of the Week–Aunt Pearl’s Cream Cheese Cake

adiposity times; font-size: 16px;”>Pie Filling Ingredients:
doctor times; font-size: 16px;”>4 3oz cream cheese packages (12 ounces)
1 egg
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions for pie filling:
Beat all ingredients until frothy. Place in pre-made graham cracker crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes
Cool for 5 minutes and put on topping.
Topping Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 Tablespoons sugar
Directions for topping:
Mix ingredients well. Place on cooled pie and back for another 10 minutes.
Taste so good and is sure to please.
