Recipe of the Week: Baked Apples in Butterscotch Sauce

1 6 oz jar Butterscotch topping
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Core apples and score skin from top to bottom in six wedges
Arrange in oven proof baking dish
Pour water over apples
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes until fork tender
Baste with Butterscotch
Serve warm along side remaining topping
